do I hit this? XD well the usage of words are kinda....weird....
I mean, everyone can do visual kei music, if they follow the system.
They doesn't need to be Japanese.
Visual kei is a music system. but yes, majority who follows this, are Japanese.
but there are no wrongs for non-Japanese.

I am saying here, I will hear to a band if they creates good musics.
I don't object if other country wants to call them a visual kei band.
if they're as good as the usual, they are welcomed.

but then, I also don't really look to the appearance they brought.
even if they looks like mid-age guys playing instruments and singing, as long as their creations are good, those bad appearance would seem invisible.

yes of course it is a bonus if they creates good music and are good looking.
but it is a pain if they only joins bands just to have the 'special looks' in them.
